Carter BloodCare Store Return/Exchange Policy

Returns will not be permitted on the CBC store, so be sure to select your items carefully when ordering.  This policy is in effect to help keep the prices low.  

However, orders can be exchanged if needed in a different size or if the item happens to be damaged.  The item can only be exchanged for another one of the same item.  Clothing items or headgear cannot be exchanged if they have been worn or washed.
